Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping carriers and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
UPS® Options:
UPS® Ground - 1- 5 days
UPS® Standard - 3-5 days
USPS Options
First Class Package - 1-3 days
Parcel Select Ground - 2-8 days
Priority Mail - 1-3 days
Priority Mail Express - Next day to 2 days
Overnight delivery is not available.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
James Sortor Design LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of expected delivery date, please contact us at jamessortordesign@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. James Sortor Design LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Damages
James Sortor Design LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jamessortordesign@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods in case you need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
In the case of a lost package; please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
